Join us for an intimate evening with Chef Michael Olson, including a Q&A and a cooking demonstration featuring recipes from his new book, Living High Off the Hog.

Including over 100 recipes and techniques to cook pork perfectly, this book is a carnivore’s love letter to one of the most versatile, affordable and tasty types of meat. We’ll also welcome special guest Chef Anna Olson, who will cook with Michael.

Due to the anticipated high turn-out and limited seats, you can only attend the session mentioned on your receipt. Either the 5-6:30pm or 7-8:30pm session. No exception. No changes after the registration will be allowed. This event is non-refundable, although you can send a friend in your place!
