A modern twist to Vietnamese cooking, this restaurant was a refreshing surprise. Clean, bright and delicious. The service staff were attentive and friendly. Their story is heartwarming.....the Mom & Dad came to Canada as refugees, they sold PHO from their home, it was so popular, they opened a restaurant and like the saying goes, build it and they will come. Well that is what happened, they worked hard, and the restaurant was super busy. The kids went their separate ways. Sadly the father passed away, the mom could not run it alone, so she called her children home. They gutted the restaurant, modernized it, and called it Anh and Chi “Brother and Sister”. Spring rolls are crispy as it the dip, we all loved the wings...choice of chili fish sauce or butter garlic for the tame. Artic Char is prepared tableside. Reservations for 6 or more.
