- Rosemary confit tomato - Rosemary, thyme, tomato, balsamic pearls
- Twice cooked chickenwith lemon zest pilaf - Chicken, lemon zest pilaf, market vegetables
- Raspberry cheesecake crème brulée - Raspberry swirls, cheesecake, cracked sugar
