SEARING INSPIRATIONS - FAST, ADAPTABLE ENTREES AND FRESH PAN SAUCES | 6 pm - 9 pm
Join cookbook author Susan Volland as she demonstrates how to wield a hot skillet with authority. She will discuss the fundamentals of searing foods and making spontaneous, fresh sauces for easy mid-week meals. This class will be information-heavy, yet lighthearted and fun. You will learn how adaptable a few techniques can be, taking your everyday meals to the next level.
• Chicken with "Wine-from- your-glass" pan sauce
• Seared steaks with bacon, balsamic, and basil sauce
• Salmon with tomato, fennel, and saffron oil (butter-free variation)
All participants receive a storewide 10% discount on the day of the class with exceptions on already reduced prices and electrical items, in-store items only.
