With new safety and social-distancing measures in place, shopping in-store looks a little different. Find out how we’ve made The Gourmet Warehouse a safer place for everyone.
SAFETY GUIDELINES
FEELING UNWELL?
The safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees remain our highest priority. If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, or a member of your household is unwell or is showing symptoms, we politely request that you do not visit the store.
MANDATORY FACE COVERING POLICIES IN EFFECT
For everyone's safety, face coverings are required while shopping at The Gourmet Warehouse. The face covering must cover the nose and mouth. Forgot yours? Don’t worry, if you need a mask, we are happy to provide you with one (while supplies last). Thank you for your cooperation.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
We have introduced measures to support social distancing. These include plexiglass barriers, signage and floor stickers to guide customers around the store.
GROUP SHOPPING
We encourage customers to shop alone where possible. If shopping with children or in a group, please remain mindful of social distancing measures.
IN-STORE CAPACITY
We’re limiting the number of customers in our store at peak times to ensure adequate social distance between them. If the store reaches its maximum capacity, there may be a queue outside; however, our security associates will be present to ensure social distancing is maintained.
HAND SANITIZER
We have increased the location and number of hand sanitizer stations available for use by shoppers and associates.
CLEANING
We have appointed dedicated team members to sanitization measures, including disinfecting every shopping cart.
CONTACTLESS CURBSIDE PICKUP
Introduced in March, Curbside Pickup is fast, easy and free. Park, call, and stay in your car while an associate loads your order into your trunk for you.
