How It Works:
Order Online
Place Your order online and choose In-Store Pickup option* during the checkout.
(*) If you are located outside the immediate zone around the store, the in-store/curbside pickup option may not be available during the checkout. In that case change the shipping address to our store location.
Check Your Email
Wait for the "Ready to Pickup" automatic email notification.
We’ll hold your In-Store Pickup items at the store for 5 days*.
If you don’t pick up your items by then, we’ll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.
(*) If you are unable to pick up your order within 5 days, we may be able to extend the pickup timeframe for you. Please contact our Customer Service at 604-253-3022 or email us at websales@gourmetwarehouse.ca to find out what options are available.
Pick Up In Store
When your arrive at the store, proceed to the parking located at the back.
Head inside, follow the signs for in store pickup and a staff member will assist you.

- Hours of operation for Curbside Pickup may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Call ahead for confirmation.
