Garlic Brown Butter Sage Sauce - For Gnocchi

Garlic brown butter sage sauce for gnocchi.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- 4 -5 fresh sage leaves, stemmed and julienned
- Fresh pepper to taste
Method:
1. Place the butter in an 8 inch fry pan, once the butter is melted add the garlic and sage, swirl the pan and let it cook on medium heat until the milk solids begin to brown. Do not overcook, golden brown is perfect. Pour over the cooked gnocchi and finish with shaved parmesan and fresh pepper.
