Giampaolo Posteraro has been in kitchens long before he could even say the word “pasta”. Growing up to an Italian father and a Cuban mother it’s easy to understand why and how “food is life”. Masterfully trained through the “art of watching”, Giampaolo lacks any formal in - kitchen training, but can cook you anything your heart desires, and well.
