• Singaporean Satay with Peanut Sauce.
• Spicy and Savoury Cucumber Salad with Homemade Samba.
• Char Kway Tweo; Classic Singaporean Stir-Fried Flat Rice Noodles with Dark Soy,
Bean Sprouts, Pork and Seafood.
• Sugee Cake; Singaporean Semolina and Almond Cake.

Haan Palcu-Chang is a Taiwanese-Romanian award winning chef based out of Salt Spring Island, BC. Chef Haan brings global experience from leading kitchens all over the world, including, Paris, Copenhagen, Singapore, Toronto, and Vancouver’s own Maenam Restaurant.

Chef Haan most recently led Favourites Thai BBQ in Toronto to win Toronto Life’s Best New Restaurant award. Chef Haan brings unique interpretations of traditional flavours making it approachable for the home cook and any foodie who is looking to explore new flavours and cuisines.
