BAGEL MAKING 101: RISE N' ROLE | 11 AM - 2 PM
Join us for a hands-on class where you'll learn how to make three types of Japanese-style bagels: sesame, everything, and plain. From mixing flour to shaping and boiling, you’ll go through each step with guidance and take home four fully handmade bagels.
During the baking time, we’ll use Yukiko’s house-made koji sourdough bagels to create a delicious Japanese-style salmon sandwich, served with a comforting bowl of creamy corn potage for lunch. Whether you're new to bagel-making or want to explore Japanese baking techniques, this class offers both practical skills and unique flavours to take home.
