Blackberry Negroni

Try our take on everyone’s favourite classic gin cocktail, the Negroni.

Ingredients:
- 2 tsp frozen blackberry puree
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Vermouth
- 1 oz Gin
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- Large Ice Cube Tray
- Dehydrated cocktail orange, to garnish
Method:
1. Combine blackberry puree, Campari, vermouth, and gin in a glass and stir thoroughly. Pour over king ice cube and add orange bitters.
2. Serve in a lowball glass and garnish with cocktail orange.
