Cocktail parties are always the highlight of the holiday season, what will set your event apart from the rest, is always the food.
Each year Chef Caren creates new and novel ways to present small bites that are beautiful to look at, but most importantly taste divine.
Join us while we guide you through the best party-food in town!

• Toasted Walnut Shortbread, Double Crème Brie and Port Poached Pear.
• Smoked Salmon Wrapped Asparagus Tips with Horseradish Cream & Crispy Caper Flowers.
• Truffled Grilled Cheese with French Cornichons.
• Asian Scallion Pancake with Shredded Confit of Duck.
• Zatar Crusted Lamb Skewers with Cool Cucumber & Yogurt on Flamed Flatbread.
• Cranberry & Pistachio Mini Biscotti.
• Bittersweet, Milk and White Chocolate Bark with Crisp Pearls & Gold Flake.

- All participants receive a storewide 10% discount on the day of the class with exceptions on already reduced prices and electrical items, in-store items only.
- Attendees must be at least 19 years of age to attend/participate in these classes.
- Allergies: we cannot guarantee that foods will be allergen-free, but you are welcome to come to class to learn, get recipes and tips. Tasting is of course your choice and is at your own risk.
