The Ducato D'Amalfi Gragnano is a pasta factory specialized in the artisan production of Pasta di Gragnano PGI. Use only 100% Italian wheat and knowledge of the sources of the Lattari Mountains and we rely on the centuries-old tradition of Gragnano pasta makers, synonymous with quality,
precision and care. For the dough we use only the bronze dies, we respect the slow drying technique and the packaging is done strictly by hand.
