Festive Chocolate Bark

This easy and colourful chocolate bark will make every chocolate lover smile.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups/1 pound good quality dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
  • chopped assorted nuts
  • Callebaut crisp pearls (gold, silver, bronze)
  • crushed candy cane or crushed red peppermint
  • gold flake
  • micro mini marshmallows
  • dehydrated red fruit – strawberries, cranberries, etc

Method:

1. Melt the chocolate in separate bowls over a double boiler.
2. When the chocolate is melted, using a palette knife spread about 1/4 inch thick over the parchment. Top with your garnishes of choice and let the chocolate set a bit.
3. Using a fork or chopstick, drizzle the white chocolate over for a contrasting effect.
4. Once the bark has hardened, break into random pieces and package in boxes tied with ribbon.
