Italians are the masters of transforming simple everyday ingredients into something spectacular. Join Chef Giampaolo as he takes you through some of the classic Italian dishes we all know and love. In this demonstration class you will learn how to make the most simple, inexpensive ingredients shine with expert techniques to elevate your everyday dishes into something amazing.

• Brodo di Pollo; Amuse Bouche of Classic Italian Bone Broth to Start the Meal.
• Panzanella Salad; Prawns, Fresh Herbs, Local Tomato.
• Chicken Milanese; Radicchio Salad, Mustard Vinaigrette.
• Rhubarb and Pistachio Crumble; Vanilla Ice Cream.

Giampaolo Posteraro has been in kitchens long before he could even say the word “pasta”. Growing up to an Italian father and a Cuban mother it’s easy to understand why and how “food is life”. Masterfully trained through the “art of watching”, Giampaolo lacks any formal in - kitchen training, but can cook you anything your heart desires, and well.

It probably helps that the years he spent watching were spent watching internationally acclaimed chef and owner of Cioppinos Restaurant, Pino Posteraro. Giampaolo loves to take a fun approach to classics as well as respecting traditions and making it his own.
