1. Heat the oil in a 10 in fry pan, add the sausage and using a fork, mash it up into a crumble, keep the heat on medium high to get a nice brown on the sausage. Add the wine and tomato sauce, bring to a simmer, finish with the basil. Pour over the gnocchi and top with the Parmesan.
