Join Agnes Wong, chef of Buttercrumbs Bakery, in our brand new cookie making and decorating class to elevate your buttery baking game. Agnes will walk you step by step through a series of delectable piped Viennese Butter Cookies, each with their own unique flavour. From yuzu white chocolate dipped matcha, to rich cocoa and Belgian chocolate, and her take on a London Fog in a cookie! Each student will make their own batch of cookies from start to finish with Agnes’ expert guidance and once the class is done all the attendees will receive a dozen assorted cookies to take home to share with friends and family! Growing up surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of the kitchen, Agnes discovered a passion for baking at a young age. Known among her friends as the go-to for homemade treats, Agnes found immense joy in seeing the smiles on people's faces that her creations brought to those around her.

Transitioning from her home kitchen to a bustling commissary, Agnes launched a mission to turn her baking passion into a thriving enterprise. With a focus on crafting irresistible butter cookies infused with unique Asian flavours and combined with Western techniques, Agnes founded her very own cookie empire, spreading happiness one delectable bite at a time.

Agnes has also teamed up with an international sensation popsicle brand, Melona, to create delicious treats inspired by their signature flavors.

Deepening her expertise in baking, Agnes sharpened her skills training under Chef Yun Eunyoung, who has completed various competitions and won awards in chocolate, sugar, and pastry categories. Agnes' experience at the prestigious Garuharu Pastry Academy in Seoul, Korea added new layers of deliciousness to her repertoire.
