Lizzy from Butter Baked Goods will guide you through an array of colourfully decorated seasonal cookies using classic Royal Icing Techniques on sugar cookies. Learn consistencies and colouring, piping techniques, flooding, and some advanced techniques to wow everyone who sees your creations. You’ll be greeted with a delicious mimosa upon arrival and nibble on baked goods and fresh fruit while Lizzy guides you through the class.
- Each attendee from this class will leave with their own beautifully decorated and delicious cookies to take home and share with your loved ones!

As a passionate baker Lizeth, Lizzy, Wong started her own bakery business in Mexico by age 19. For the next eleven years Lizzy honed her pastry skills and techniques following her dreams and building her business until she set her sights on Vancouver.
She has had the opportunity to teach countless classes to kids and adults alike from French Macaron, Cookie and Cake Decorating, and other Edible Art.
Lizzy has thrived in demanding atmospheres; creating her own bakery, working for Walt Disney World, placing in Cake and Cookie Decorating Competitions like the San Diego Cake Show, and being the Creator of the Gingerbread House Cookie Contest two years running!
Now Lizzy is working at Butter Baked Goods here in Vancouver, where she lives enjoying photography and traveling in her spare time.
