This culinary experience promises to be an engaging and informative session, perfect for food enthusiasts and home cooks seeking to elevate their skills and explore the wonders of Indian cuisine.

Squash and Coconut Soup: A Sublime Blend of Velvety Coconut and Squash,
Served with Spiced Squash Tikka, Msala Crisp, Avocado and Cucumber.
Aagri Zinga with Tempered Cabbage and Green Pea Chutney:  Exquisite Flavours of Aagri-style Shrimp,
Marinated in a Blend of Traditional Masalas, Served with tempered cabbage.
Konkani Chicken Curry: Tender Chicken in a Coconut Sauce with Green Chili, Poppy Seeds and Aromatic Herbs,
Offering a Burst of Coastal Flavour.
Lemon Rice: Rice with a Tempering of Mustard Seeds, Chana Dal, Green Chilies, Dried Red Chilies, Fresh Ginger and Curry Leaves.
Almond Phirni: Slow-cooked Indian Sweet Pudding Made with Basmati Rice, Milk, Nuts,
Sugar and Scented with Cardamom Powder.

Executive Chef Bal Ajagaonkar, leads the team at Sula Davie Street, found his passion for cooking at the age of 15 in Malvan, India. His decorated career includes winning four gold medals at the Great India Cooking Competition in Mumbai and the Best Overall Live Cooking Award in 2019.
He aims to harmonize modern, innovative dishes with authentic traditional recipes, enhancing the dining experience of guests with combined artistry and dedication.
