FRESH & FABULOUS SUMMER SALADS | 11 AM - 2 PM
With over 47 years of teaching experience, Caren McSherry’s passion for cooking remains as vibrant as when she first began. Throughout her career, she has inspired countless students by sharing food that not only delights the palate but also brings people together.
This demonstration class will focus on summer inspired salads, crisp vegetables, perfectly cooked proteins, flavourful dressings and fragrant herbs. You will use these throughout the summer season for al fresco dining or easy weeknight meals.
MENU
• Greens & Spice Rubbed Chilli Prawns.
• Tri-Colour Quinoa with Roasted Shredded Chicken, Olives, Artichokes, Peppers,
Herbs and Hearts of Palm & Chèvre.
• Mexican Chopped Salad with Jicama, spicy Pepitas, Beans, Fire Roasted Peppers,
Grilled Corn, Lime/Cilantro Dressing and Toasted tortillas.
• Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake.
