In this demonstration class, Chef Prabhu will share his expertise in modernizing classic cooking techniques and creating new dishes. You'll learn the art of using Indian spices to craft contemporary dining experiences and take home easy-to-execute techniques to delight your loved ones.

Beetroot Berry Salad: A vibrant Combination of Earthy Beets and Succulent Berries and Fried Kale,
Served on a Bed of Silky Jeera Yogurt, Chili Oil Drizzle.
Multani Paneer: Mushroom and Cottage Cheese Marinated with Cheddar Infused Creamy Yogurt, and Aromatic Spices.
Served with Spicy Coriander Chutney.
Kairy Prawn: Perfect Blend of Prawns, Tangy Green Mango, Fiery Red Chili, and Delicate Coconut Sweetness,
Finished with Garden Fresh Herbs.
Millet Kheer: Foxnuts and Barnyard Millet Pudding Topped with Sesame Chikki and Dairy-free Mango Pineapple Ice Cream.
Coconut Rice: A Delicious and Flavourful Side Dish Made with Coconut Milk, Rice,
and Various Spices.

Chef Vishal Prabhu plays a key role in overseeing the daily kitchen operations at Sula Davie Street. Born and raised in Udupi, India, his love for cooking was ignited at a young age, watching his grandmother and mother in the kitchen.
With 12 years of hands-on experience in various countries and cuisines, Chef Vishal skillfully blends traditional Indian flavours with modern twists, bringing a unique and exciting perspective to the culinary table.
