Join us for our “Sizzle & Spice: New Barbecue Classics” cooking class where we'll take you on a flavourful journey through the art of barbecue. In this demonstration experience, you'll learn to master the vibrant flavours of Elotes - Grilled Mexican Street Corn, bringing a zesty kick to your summer gatherings. We'll guide you through the process of crafting Classic Biscuits and Cornbread, perfect for soaking up the savoury juices of our BBQ mains. Dive into the heart of barbecue culture as we explore the secrets behind succulent BBQ Pork Ribs, house-made sauce and rub, and a refreshing Charred Salad. Then top it all off with our “Adult” Chocolate S'mores, elevating this classic treat to new levels of sophistication. Whether you're a seasoned grill master or a barbecue beginner, this class promises to ignite your passion for outdoor cooking and leave your taste buds tingling with delight.

- All participants receive a storewide 10% discount on the day of the class with exceptions on already reduced prices and electrical items, in-store items only.
- Attendees must be at least 19 years of age to attend/participate in these classes.

Chef Sarah Kashani is a veteran of the Vancouver Restaurant Scene and has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. She has previously owned her own boutique restaurant (Highly Acclaimed "Invitro") and has been Executive Chef in several restaurants. Sarah has years of experience in catering, creating intimate dining experiences for VIP clients, celebrities, athletes, and large events such as weddings.

Kashani is a graduate of the Art Institute of Vancouver, Dubrulle in World Cuisine and her dishes are inspired by a variety of diverse cultural regions. Her signature menus feature food fresh from the garden, ocean and land. She is known for creating deceptively simple dishes packed with flavour, for rule breaking, and for presentations with an exquisite sense of artistry. Over the last 4 years Sarah has focused on her own Private Chef Business creating long lasting memories for her clientelle.
